Glad Gb's back

Sorry for the 15 mins downtime this morning, I needed to apply some updates to the server. That should be it for today though

Apologies for the server being down. I wasnt even aware of it until this morning when I was mailed asking whats up with the site! :/
It turned out to be an Automatic Windows Update that had downloaded, installed, restarted the server but the server hadn't fully fired back up!! I've disabled the automatic updates now...

Aside from that one-off, things seems to be running pretty well though so far, from what I've experienced since last weekend, touch wood.

Glad its back though - SCUK seems really slow compared to GB,

didn't realise that alot of GBers are on there as well - you know who you are, guys haven't you jobs to do, I can hardly find time to keep up with the posts on here as well as posting on there

I am glad I am not the only one who noticed it, but was still getting emails about the posts though

I think, someone will correct me if I'm wrong, but the new host for Gb has been suffering outages. It was strange, I read about it online and the next day Gb was down!!

Oh well, business as usual now!

The site was moved to a different server recently, and Starnzy has been doing a lot of updates etc after the migration. Shouldn't happen too often.
