Once you've applied the resin (and before it hardens) heat the epoxy resin with a hair drier.
It will become really runny and flow into the cracks and ensure a good watertight repair.
Make sure you stand the board up so you don't get liquid resin where you don't want it!
Then clamp and leave to cure.
It's all going downhill.......

And if you need any more convincing.....Araldite and a G clamp. Get the slower drying stuff though, it adheres better.

I would second Araldite.

I used some to fix my board 10 years ago - and it's still in place today!

A decent epoxy resin, such as Araldite, will fix any board problems! Make sure the damaged area is properly dry before you glue though, and clamp for 24 hours while the glue cures.

Gorilla Glue's done me proud - perfect for laminates. Just get a couple of cheepy g-clmpms to go with it from the local hardware shop and you're away.

Just got back from Tignes which was great except another boarder crashed into the back of my board. At the time I couldn't see any damage because of the snow covering it.Anyway what has happened is the edge on her board scrapped down my the side of my topsheet exposing the inners of my lovely new burton Malolo. What is the best type of glue to use i guess it would have to be able to flex with the board.
