V Festival, M25, 5 hours to get home from Kent and then to cap it all having some prick in a Focus cut in front of me at 70mph and slam the brakes on whilst going through Kettering A14 speed cameras.

I normally wouldn't be too bothered about the last bit, just putting it down to modern drivers, but for the fact he had two kids in child seats in the back!

He was wearing a black Nike hooded top and blue jeans covered in white paint or plaster. The suspect also wore black footwear, a three-quarter length yellow high-visibility jacket, a dark scarf around his neck and dark gloves.

Any local builders/painters/plasters in the local area who have suddenly quit their job???

All jesting aside, it is bad.....

I wasn't sure if it had aired over there. It seems completely unreal that someone would do such a thing!

Anyone else take part in the Mazda London Triathlon over the weekend? Was hoping for a sub 2:30 time, but weather was against me and pinched a nerve in lower back 3 weeks before. 2hrs 39 in the end . Took part with sciatica, pesky lower back, keep getting trouble from it. Time for some Pilates over the winter. There is always next year.

god that's awful! i hate stories like this where kids, who aren't yet capable of loking after themselves, are just left to fend for themselves, or bullied at home. (hense the skydiving for NSPCC) it makes my blood boil! i couldn't do anything to hurt charlie or Alessandro or anyone really! How anyone can do things like this is beyond me.

Think this woman deserves all she gets! - 2 year old left home alone

Now that makes me angry and upset. Can't imagine leaving my 2½ year old alone.
