The bar has been set. I've never seen a snowboard film like this.
Makes the absinthe stuff (which i love) look like i it was shot on my handicam.
Trice is a legend, visuals & production are off the chart & the soundtrack is spot on.
If you like snowboarding, you need this in your library. Its truly inspirational stuff to riders & film-makers alike.

yeah man, chances are there a plethora of snow-wizards that have thrilled most in seasons past, but all i know of snowboarding is all i've watched in the last 5 or so years of sliding sideways.
I don't know them all, nor do i feel any need to, but it is always sweet to learn about shred dogs who pushed the snowboard revolution onward in thier on special way. That iguchi guy and jeremy jones had stand out parts, amidst the cross-eye inducing double corks and thats another reason i liked this flick. still not the be all and end all for me though.

i agree. its a good film but way too much of 'travis is so good' and too many double corks.
i read that its the movie of the decade. i disagree totally.
its big budget and there is some sick riding in there, but still prefer 91words, afterlame and futureproof. |

| I just watched it. It was pretty epic but the we love Travis thing was slightly irritating and you did find yourself getting sick of double corks by the end. Those are my only gripes with it, other than that it's a damn good snowboarding film! |
