QUOTE (daywalker - 12/04/2008 @ 01:38:48) so what would be the best "Next Step"? (first step ) 1) lessons in a Dome. 2) Lessons on a summer glacier. Personally i'd do whatever you can....if you can do both then do both.
Our first trip was feb 07 and we did nothing till feb 08, we had lessons both years but for the first 3 days this year it was like learning from scratch.
This year our aim if to keep up the practice....so next season we can hit the slopes from day 1 and use our lessons to move us forward rather then getting the basics again.
Granted an experienced boarder might not get anything from a fridge but for us its better than nothing and if we can include a few days on a Glacier with our summer hol then even better.

And what were you grounded FOR exactly Holly?
If you check out the website I linked to down there you can find out prices all over. Canada is one of the cheapest snow-resort wise, with an average price of £2.16 per pint France was indeed quite close to Norway at a staggering £5.30 a pint in places. |
