accomodation in the resort seems to fill up quite quickly from what i remember - i got free accomodation staying in a little place 10 min walk from the centre with a very weird woman - hope im not there again this year she was very odd

I'm definatly 50/50 on that. Some of the DJ Line up's are amazing and I'll definatly be raving the night that Wax:On are hosting with Annie Macc, Herve etc... Really into my electro

But mostly I just need a decent boarding hol as I've not been for a couple of years.

I'm just hoping I can scrape the cash together to do a last minute deal in one of the shared accomodation hotels as I've just blown what money I had putting a deposit down to rent a luxury villa in Ibiza for a week in August.

last year it was a melt factory, but then it was a rogue year everywhere - i really think this year snow bombing is gonna be da bomb

It is slagged off by quite a few boarders as just a party (ibiza stylee), with very little boarding and not for "real" boarders, just an excuse for a piss up - that is true, but you have a choice and your own free will - party and board ,or party no board, or board no party - the choice is yours

really think the conditions are going to be excellent this year

What are the snow conditions usually like at the Snowbombing event?

According to the website it's meant to be the best time to ride their but I think that's a little miss leading as they are still basing it on 2005's whether conditions.

yeah for sure - i will be foot lose and fancy free as the fella is working on the sound - last year he only got one days boarding - so i went and played on the mountain on my own - got sunstroke as i have never boarded in such hot conditions and died for a day and a bit - i got about 4 days riding in though

Moving up to your neck of the woods in feb. Am i right in thinking you were the guys with the abomnimal snowman suit?

Was in Cham two seasons ago with a big crew - the bar we were in was evacuated - only to see the whole street on fire !! Fire spread from bar to bar was unreal to watch & reported on world news. Off to Sunshine Valley Canada on 23rd with some on Snowdanger guys - never been sol looking forward to the different conditions - Have a good season & maybe catch up @ Snowbombing Jennx - keep in touch.

Looks like this year i will be attending snowbombing on the back of chamonix so will be heading straight over in the car a bit earlier - loved it last year, even though it was rather distressing watching the snow melt day by day - think i learnt some of the skills to do with wake boarding that year

I will take this up with SnowBombing - as prices should be the same across the board - WE have no access to change prices as it's a SnowBombing link. We are just a group of riders that love Snowbombing and thought it would be a good idea to get together with like minded riders or people who haven't been before - as I say - I shall ask the question why it's £30 more & get back to you all on this.Cheers

Just followed the link to the booking form and it's £30 more on the shared acom to do it through this than it is through the site normally?? Not really worth paying extra for a few glow sticks is it?

Or am I missing the point here somewhere?

Hi Wind, We have a group already booked on - Some driving and but most by air - BUT FOR GODS SAKE - Do Not take the Bus option - did it last year - Could of made a fortune selling it to an America Film Company as the new "24" but for snowboarders - Felt like a battery hen by the end. But for sure get booked on and be rest assured it's not one to miss. Off to Sunshine ( Canada ) on the 23rd Jan with another group of Snowdanger Crew.
