i was going to get some lo riders but a mate has some and he says when he's riding they arent the most secure and slide around a bit even with goggle straps over them, thats why i picked up a set of icons for 11 quid off ebay free postage.
Here they are if anyone else wants a pair for that price: >http://cgi.ebay.co.uk/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?ViewItem&ssPageName=STRK:MEWNX:IT&item=280274262093
theyre orange but yeah no biggy, if you want you can swap out the colour plates at some point |

| i got the smokin buds, and i find them to be the best ear buds ive used, just swap out the default buds for the larger size and say hello to complete noise cancellation. great stuff, gonna pic up a pair of recruits for riding this year tho as buds come out with even a reasonable tug on the wires |

| Yeh, I hope they're real and they last (I went into it prepared to be disappointed). At the moment I'm really chuffed though. The jack is gold plated and the buds seem spot on. If they are fake, they're pretty damn good! |

Be careful with those Chinese Sennheisers. I got some last year and they were fugazi. The packaging appears genuine and they look kosher, but the cable is crap, the jack isn't gold plated (real ones are) and the buds feel tacky. Compared to some real ones I later bought from Play.com (admittedly twice the price) the sound quality was also fairly dire.
A decent tell tale sign is if the advert has "These aren't Fake" plastered all over it
Hope yours are real though. |

I've got an amazing pair of big-assed skull candies with battery powered sub-woofer, and they kick ass... but aren't much use on the move.
I wanted to get some in-ear ones and haven't heard great things about skull candy's so I thought I take my chances on ebay. Ended up ordering a pair of Sennheiser CX 500 off a Chinese bloke for £12.99 including postage! (not bad if they're genuine, I think they're worth £45ish over here). Anyway, they took a couple of weeks to arrive and I got them through the other day and I reckon they are genuine - they sound amazing for in-ear!
His ebay name is ccf8102012008 and he seems to have plenty more, if you're interested. |

I didn't rate the in-ear ones, if they're just for the gym they'll be ok, if you want to use them more often than that spend a bit more and get some Shure or similar |

I started with Ti's, then Buds, then Skullcrushers...I'm addicted! The sound quality for the money is unbeatable, I got them in the US, so the price is silly-the equivalent of 35 quid for the 'Krushers!
They also do pretty amazing stuff for phone/music systems, check out their US website.
A couple of seasons ago I got the add-on to use them with a Burton Hi-Fi Helmet and they rock! My chinstrap was vibrating...

I got some Terje Skullcandys for my 30th and they're sweet. Quite bulky so I don't use these for riding. I picked up a pair of icons for about £6 off ebay and I stick them under my beanie and they're fine. Mrs FB has som in ear ones I picked up off ebay for under a tenner and she loves them. |
