It's been a cracking season, snow has been great and its the old cliche... when the conditions are right Scotland is right up there with the Euro resorts for terrain.

We still cant match the top end parks, but guys from GPC and Summit park are really pushing it and doing an amazing job up there!!

Seasons not over yet... still got the Cairngorm... but I can't wait for next season already. Plastic and domes till snow appears!!

It was great that so many people from Goneboarding made the effort to hit the Scottish hills this season.
Its been a good season and hopefully the 5 centres can build on this and make further upgrades/improvements for next winter.

Glencoe has closed because of a lack of paying punters.....not because of a lack of snow.

Too true!

its always difficult to make advance plans to go to glencoe anyway because they seem to randomly shut for days here and there both thru the week and at weekends

They may have good cover at Glencoe, but the snow quality is crap!

Glencoe has crazy cover still on the Main Basin, Flypaper, Spring Run, Baillie's, Wall, Canyon, Thrombosis, etc etc. Cover up there is still fantastic. Such a shame that yet again they have to close due to lack of customers than lack of snow.

If they had the numbers to justify running the argo cat to ship people from the Access Chairlift to the foot of the Cliffhanger chairlift, they could probably keep the Main Basin going for almost all of May, if not into June. The Haggis Trap is still buried - no sign of it - that's the sort of depth there is up there just now.

To be honest they have far better cover right now than CairnGorm or Nevis Range (excl. the back corries). Just a shame we can't use the lifts anymore to get to it.

Glenshee pulled the plug early due to lack of skier/boarder numbers too. So far the Lecht is the only area to close due to lack of snow.

The area still has great cover on the main runs.
