Waste deep powder here at Winter Park Thursday. The TMS was incredible. Too bad this is last weekend of the season there. Oh well I will wrap it up at Arapaho Basin, they are open till June! |

Hey Colster thanks for the reply. Got the TMS last week and have had powder everyday here at Winter Park. Incredible how the board floats to the top. My old Baron used to drop like a brick. Very light and agile. I am really impressed. Will be putting it through its paces at Vail and Breck in the next couple of weeks Will update on my impressions on the steeps. |

Hi Kabooki. I've not ridden the TMS - but I have just ridden the 2009 Concept UL (Ultra Light) and loved it - I was on a boardtest of 2009 kit.
Ride's site say this about the TMS "The brand-new Concept TMS is ATV freestyle versatility defined - it's designed to Ride anything and everything including the park. From deep pow or hardpack to big booters and jibs, centered or setback this deck performs like no other"
& this about the UL "Infinite possibilities abound as Ride's entirely new, ultra-light UL techs and Silencer 7 Tuned CoreTM make their debut with the premium-level Concept UL. Designed for the mountain master who takes it all in, this impeccable Ride hangs with the lightest board out there, but without the light board chatter and super board price tag"
Everyone on the board test who rode the UL loved it. So so light, yet stable at speed, yet not hard to turn - you could ride it with a hangover. The new graphics are sweet too. Get one get one get one get one |

Hey guys new here so hello from Colorado. Live near Winter Park still getting plenty of pow here (16" Monday) Anyhow wanted to get an opinion on the Concept TMS as a freeride rig. I am 5-10 160lbs just got a 159. Delta mvmnt bindings and tm-2s. Realize the bindings are more park, but that is what I have. Coming from a 2 year old baron. Thanks! |
