I was going to ask this in the snow conditions thread but it makes sense it has its own thread.
Can anybody *cough* Silver Star *cough* tell me what the deal is with this place? I remember reading about it a year or so ago and it sounded amazing but it was all a big work in progress. When will it be worth taking a holiday there? Do you need to stay in a town nearby or is there accomodation by the lifts? Is it the kind of place that you'd do a season at? Is there going to be enough terrain that is lift accessed or is it just a few lifts and the rest will be cat/heli?
So many questions! I have tried doing a bit or research but there doesn't seem to be a huge amount of info out there. From the little I have seen this place looks like it could be my perfect ski resort! |
