Believe its the 21st Jan in the US - anyone know the uk date, or can anyone get it from the states (know any websites etc)?
Just went on the official site, it looks fantastic - http://gettingstoked.com/ and the first vid uses

Wow this is the first ive heard of it but looks amazing! never got round to buying shaun whites snowboarding, as i heard bad things, but this looks epic!  |

The US release date is the 20th, which is this tuesday
but i haven't found a UK release yet
and US games get released on tuesdays but ours get released on fridays
so check GAME or Gamestation this friday
Can't wait!  |

Yeah its worth a go but read a quote from the developers whilst looking for a european release date, and said that they dont have a date yet, but will post it on the stoked web page when they do! So guess its just wait and see, but cant see why it would take that long to relase it here if its released in the US next week, we shall wait and see!!  |

somethings not right with this game, cant find a review of it, can't find it listed on play or game or amazon.
it doesn't bode well. am i gonna have to resort to buying shaun white? which i havent heard reat things about? |

First song in the movie don't you mean? 
This game looks pretty good, may well have to get myself a copy. Certainly appeals more than the Shaun White game. |

Release date is 24th feb i think thats the us release theres more info and vids on gamestrailers linky below as for the game i like the fact it has dynamic weather and it looks a little more polished than the sw game i like the sw game although it took a little time to really get into it i just wish they bring out amped 4!!!!

I read last week that it will be realeasd in March, which probably means it'll be May or later because it was meant to be out in January.
I got my hopes up for Shaun Whites and I like it apart from the way you can suddenly pull off all these corked spins off a cliff then magically land on a box and ride along it. They hyped up the open world aspect with Shaun Whites and they've hyped the weather in Stoked. Don't get your hopes up. If it's by the same people who made Stoked Rider on the PC then it might have some physics involved. Can't tell if Shaun Whites had any because i've been playiing it with the keyboard.
Stoked Rider allowed you to control your weight over the board and things like that, so there's hope.

Lo and behold i've just googled and it'd by bongfish, the same company  So I'm guessing they've just sold their idea out cos it didn't sell well as a PC game and now they've just repackaged it with Travis Rice's name so that they can make money

On second thoughts don't try that demo at all, it'll make you want to cry. Dunno what they've done, but the camera was just all over the place. The earlier version was better than that.
At least the control is better than using a keypad, though. Novel idea using just the mouse. |

Any idea when the PC version will be out?
Shaun White was good for open mountain riding, but crashed loads on my PC, but Stoked looks the nuts!  |

Make sure you download the latest patch 1.01 (I think) as I've heard this is one of the problems without it.
