Hi all, Ash here form Method in Bansko. Just a random post to try and tout my apartment in Basnko which is for sale.
Its a 1 bed 65sqm right close to the lift. Its super nice with a perfect location and great for rental as its above the school so we sell holidays and put people in our block. Its high spec and fitted out way above usual Bulgarian standards.....wooden work tops etc.....I have an agency selling it but they are charging me 3k euros for that. Anyone knows anyone after one would rather give that 3k euros in hard cash to a fellow rider here.
Email me for pics and a proper description if anyone is interested. I'm selling for 1,450 euro (bout 94,150 euro) a sqm fully furnished compared to the block next door selling at 1800 euro per sqm. If its anyone here then will discount that by the 3k. (30k euro apartments are just that - you pay what you get for and a 2 mile walk to the lift every morning aint good)
I'm selling it as I thought it would be good to live above my school so I could be there in an emergency, but alas last season I didnt get a single lie in or a day off......imagine living above the place you work, should have thought that through really.......I'm actually going to live out of town and drive into work......in my lada 4x4 oh yeeehhhh 
I'm not making any money on this as thats what it cost me to buy so Im not trying to make a fast few quid.
Know its a bit random to post this here but you never know
