OK I know what the problem is now. It's not a FF3 specific issue. I'll get a new build deployed later this afternoon to fix it.

Seems like it's not working my end or your end then.

I have tried more than once today, so should have multiply emails.

Been using FF3 since the release date & haven't had any problems myself.

Will keep an eye out though, just in case

I'm using FF3 too mate, but haven't had any of these, however, I've seen a few mails (prior to the release of FF3) with this error occasionally come through. Will investigate it mate.
Are you able to reproduce it at will? If so, please PM me with details?

Exception Details: System.ArgumentOutOfRangeException: Specified argument was out of the range of valid values.
Parameter name: userID

Anyone else getting the same?

I don't need to shout about what qualifications I have got and haven't got, I know I'm good!
