Oi!.. Enough of the hijacking!!..

1. Er.. you mean the 7 min movie?.. Not much more than what's there.. just cut the less interesting bits off the front and end of some clips.. Some clips didn't make it cos I ran out of tune!..

2. Nope, first time ever.. I wouldn't hesitate in recommending Macs.. They are just sooooo user-friendly.. I didn't read the destructions for iMovie at all, just followed common sense, started clicking and dragging, and within a few hours (ok, 6!.. much of which was spent converting clips from mpeg to DV) had that..

Nice little vid, has a good freindly vibe

I have spent hours and hours putting together a familly hols DVD using a PC and some free cyberlink software that came with the JVC camcorder. A couple of questions for you if you don't mind

1. how much footage did you have to make the 10min movie? - I ask as i have tried to use pretty much all of my footage, then cut and recut it in with other shots to make it look different, I'm thinking though that less is probably more and should reduce the movie length

2. have you tried to do similar things on a pc before - is a mac alot different, I'm seroiusly thinking about getting one as all we seem to do in this house hold is surf the web and mess about with photo's and video

'buy my MacBook'

Now why would I wanna do that when I've got a brand shiny spanking new MB Pro?!..

It was done with iMovie.. How amazingly intuitive and easy to use is that??!!!..

Cheers anyway fella

Nice vid, like it and the Quantic tune too.
If you wanted to get a bit fancy with editing, you could do a lot worse than buy my MacBook and get all iMovie'd up

BTW: That snowskate looks totally impossible to heelside turn on!

Revision #3 (Last edited: 19/04/2008 @ 07:51:06)
My first attempt at video editing.. after being so dismissive of a recent submission for GB approval thought I should have a go myself..

Annoyed with music/video sync of some bits but others really work so reluctant to spend hours tweaking!..

Brings a small tear to the corner of my eye just watching it.. good times..

Hope you like..
