My favourite so far is SSX Blur on xbox 360. There was a game a few years back called Snowboard Park Tycoon for PC and Stoker Rider is a PC game by an independent mob that looks pretty cool. You can download a free demo to try.

You got 4 options....
(Minted) - Get a Wii and import the Wii fit which has the motion sensing snowboard game (looks absolute class),
(A bit cash to splash) - Buy a PS2 and get SSX 3 which is awesome,
(Skint) - Get an emulator of a GBA and play SSX (pretty naff on the GBA),
(Even more Skint)- Get a speccy emulator and get 'Horace goes Skiiing'.
I know the last one isn't snowboarding, but its ticks your box for fun and is *well retro*!!

There are a lot of snow sport simulators ,but is hard to find a good one .Even EA Sports don't have something special.

yeah i played that game yonks ago, it was pretty cool, cant seem to find it anywhere, but i dread to think what ill think of it now after having all 3 amped games lol

Fun little game - mix of everything - very dated now I should imagine. However it does have network play and the GFX are really easy to mess about with - and you can put your own GFX on the boards and your own coat/goggle design etc if you're prepared to hack it about a bit.
We played this loads in our shared house.
