Revision #1 (Last edited: 14/02/2007 @ 10:55:33)
Has anyone had any experience of using a glue gun to heat up the p-tex stick as opposed to lighting it.

I saw a thread on here somewhere and the guy said he had bought a £15 glue gun off e-bay and then used a p-tex stick in it as opposed to the glue stick.

if this work then it sounds a whole lot easier, as you would never get the p-tex carbonising (if thats the right term). i am slightly concerned that the p-tex isn't hot enough and because its not lit it doesn't melt the p-tex which is already part of the board and so doesn't bind so well, but i could be wrong.

anyone else out there tried it or any views, maybe the guy that tried it should get himslef down to the patent shop asap with his newly invented p-tex gun
cheer up........it might snow tomorrow!!!
