Given that this is a forum where people ask questions and find answers, I think it would be quite nice if you could go into someone's profile and find out a bit more about them before replying. It shows a bit of effort on the part of the person asking the question.

So, at least a bit of info about yourselves, like a first name would be nice IMHO.
I don't need to shout about what qualifications I have got and haven't got, I know I'm good!
