Discounted? Sarcasm my dear friend. Pertaining to the vast amount of bargains to be had.

I do still have that hockey mask somewhere. The pashmina went home with the lady in the morning.

Cool dude, keep me posted. If more GBers are up for it, it could be quite a crew. Her f*ck it, lets all go fancy dress this year.

And why is the saturday discounted?

Stooza!
Me and the other half will be attending the Discounted Show on the Saturday this year, hopefully with som emore of the RN brethren.
And as is customary will be aiming to swallow some Guinness in the general locale.
Failing that we'll re-mortgage and drink in the show.
So get the big smoke pre-warned and se if you can find anywhere that doesn't close at 2300.
WIll you be wearing your pashmina and hockey mask this year???

Jeez,

I think it was Rider's Edge at the Manc show but I got a new coat for the lady, £160 reduced to £40 and two pairs of gloves: Burton leather pipe gloves and Drop pipe gloves for £30 for both pairs.

I later sold the Burtons for £30 as they were a bit small so technically the Drops were free. Noice.

Yep we will be I have it on good athourity the deposit was paid up yesterday. Apparently we will be in the freestyle section.

We are switching the range up a bit for next season so hope to see you there I will see if we CAN arrange a deal on the day for some kind of discount off the RRP at the end of the day its saving us the postage so something should be possible

Good to know that True will be there. I almost bought a board last year, and will be keen to see what they have on offer this year. I may even have a bonus by then....

I dunno how many entry passes we will get...maybe if you agree to buy a board we could work something out

I'm looking forward to the show. We have a stand this year to unveil our new models, so it means I won't have to try and blag someone to get me in cheap or free

Save your money.

TSA and S+R have huge stands, but everything is normal RRP, and the indies mainly just bring old stock, or new stuff at RRP.

You might get a pair of socks or something if you sp*nk 200 notes on some boots, but with the 10 or 12 quid entry, you're not actually getting them 'free'.

I've been to the Metro show once and it was overpriced with all the main guys selling at full RRP. Rather see decent riders chucking themsleves off a massive kicker like the old Board-X events.
