Looking for a new setup!

hi guys,
I've only just got back from Morzine and had an epic time! Ive been snowboarding for a good 4 years now and Ive finally decided that I am sick of renting, so I want to get a new setup for myself!
Over the years while I have been hiring I havent taken much notice of what size board etc I was using.. so im sure you guys know where im going with this
Snowboarding skill.. I am a pretty decent Freeride snowboarder, ermmm I done the swiss wall on my last outing quite easily and am getting fairly decent in parks also.
I am 5ft 9/10, weigh 90 kg and I am a size 9 in boots, I am not fat at that weight but pretty well built.. Dont know if that makes a difference to anything but there you go
Im mostly after what size board and bindings I would be looking for.. The board I have my eye on is the K2 Slayblade, unsure on bindings atm.. Anyone recommend any?
Im going to be looking at going away again in March so would need to get everything sorted before then.
Any and all help is appreciated!!
Cheeeers, Dean

All mountain riding get the Slayblade in the 161.

I'd suggest if your going to be in the park the slayblade would be better than the podium.

I'm not sure i've never seen you ride but at a guess 4 years riding at a few weeks a year you should be fine on a custom x. 158 generally speaking it will be ok but i wouldnt go smaller. I base this on that you're more of a piste/park person, if your thinking of venturing into off-piste then i'd go longer.
It's a big difference starting off with a Slayblade then to a 2nd hand custom. Are you sure it's not worth saving your coin for a new board when you can afford it?
Another good affordable board is the Atomic Hatchet.

159.
At 90kg the 162 would be better.

ok cool.. thanks for your help! The custom has only been used for 3 days, I wouldnt want to waste money on a board which has been used alot.

All the boards your looking at are good boards. I said that the slayblade would be better in the park, as it isnt as stiff and has more pop than the Podium. The Podium is still a fast fun board.
I should add i did incorrectly assume you were more interested in riding park. As Grill says 162 would be better all mountain which may cancel the ebay custom x for you.
There are other cheaper bindings and boards that may suit, such as Union(never tried them but people on here seem to like them) and i think the Hatchet is worth a look.
