Not sure, I wasn't getting the "open selected" just Open / cancel. all good though 10 day trial left, but definitely a buy.
I don't need to shout about what qualifications I have got and haven't got, I know I'm good!

Do you have "Include Photos From Subitems" checked? It's in the libary dropdown.

tried that, and select all folders even but it only drags in the images in the top level folder.

This seems to work for me (I'm using 1.1 BTW).

File->Import Photos From Disk -> Select the folder you want to import. Then underneath the OK & Cancel buttons Choose Selected button, should become visible (not greyed out)

I've asked this elsewhere with no joy.

I've got Lightroom 1.2 on the PC and am just wondering how to import all photos within a directory, including those in the subdirectory. The only thing it will do is let you import those in the current directory and that's it. I'd rather not do it directory by directory as there are rather a lot.

Any clues...
