They were fine. I don't tend to notice a huge amount of difference in stiffness levels of different bindings, but they seemed solidly built & comfortable. I rode them on the Head Crown 09.

Just in case you need any more convincing, check out the prices for Head PX5 teams (the orange ones) in the Filarinksis sale:
http://www.filarinskis.co.uk/store/product_details.vc?productId=1907&categoryId=561&gncps=10

They also have the black ones for the same price or the very tech, stiff and fancy PX10s for a measly £130 (but only is you have small feet!)

reckon the Union forces also get good reviews - have not ridden them myself though.

cheers buddy. Cant find the forces for a decent price but the cadet dlxs aren't too bad, not sure on the difference though.

yep I got last years PX7s - see my review on here. Love em - rock solid construction - no problems after about 5 weeks use, great adjustability with no tools, very comfy - the toe strap is great, seem good for my style of riding - carving/piste/off piste etc - PX5 might be slightly more flexy for freestyle - not sure.

All in they have been great - Head make good stuff at good prices I think, plus those organge PX5s look pretty sick reckon the Union forces also get good reviews - have not ridden them myself though.
