Not much really, although Flows always seem to go for exorbitant ammounts on the bay.
How much did you pay for them?

They look like retro flows from when they first came out. I had some similar ones for a while, liked them while I was learning but became more and more sceptical as I got better.
When I first started hitting the park my foot came out of the binding on landing at least twice, not really what you want
I wouldn't touch them with a barge pole now.

Hi xtc
Thats a funny statement................i ride with FLOW NXT FS( FREESTYLE) and have had no problems,ok i`m not the best freestyler by far but the flows seem to work fine for me.
Would not take to much notice of whats been said,you can break your leg no matter what board/bindings/boots you ride with.Its all down to how gooder a rider you are,maybe starting your freestyle career with small jumps and then maybe move up to bigger things once you are confident with what you are doing.
good luck

Smells like bullshit to me, classic Flow hating. Wouldn't worry about it.
Antti Autti seems to do alright at freestyle using flows...

Flow bindings and freestyle?
02/04/2008 @ 11:07:39
Im getting good at boarding now and want to get into freestyle. I have recently bought some Flow's of ebay - (not sure which model maybe you could tell me that?
)
I am however put of using them as ive been told im going to break my ankle/leg doing rails with flows.
Anyone give me any advise on what to do? Thanks.
