I think the blue means it is a new mail since you looked last, and grey is one you have read.
Never seen one flashing!
All I need is a ball and a wall, or a

prob a silly question,but whats with the flashing envelopes? i`m sure they have been added over the last couple of weeks.
Some are blue highlighted and the other are just grey,some flash whilst others dont.
cmon you can flame me if you want because its proberly something so obvious.
