I'm goona back hutchy on this.
i didn't sweat much and I was averagely fit. Then i started fell running & got marathon fit and the sweat would start in minutes like a tap was being turned on even if I was doing something relaxing like tai chi.
Now i'm back to normal and not so sweaty |

QUOTE (chr15dallat - 14/10/2008 @ 02:19:31) well tbh id say some really fat guy is goin to sweat a sh*t tonne more than me so i cant see how being fitter means you sweat more Yes it's a common misconception that fit people don't sweat as much as unfit folks. A fat person may sweat more because there moving a bigger mass hence a more stressful workout. Generally the more fitter you get the more efficiently your body regulates its temperature by sweating, moving blood to the surface etc.
But sweating isn't a true guide to fitness level rather a good indicator of how well your body cools itself during stress. Each person is different. |

QUOTE (hutchy - 14/10/2008 @ 02:06:57) That would depend on how fit you are and how good your body is at cooling itself down. Generally during exercise the fitter you are the more you will sweat as your body attempts to regulate it's temperature. well tbh id say some really fat guy is goin to sweat a sh*t tonne more than me so i cant see how being fitter means you sweat more |

Back to the original question..a diary is a must for me and pick up the different writing styles. For instance i write in short bullet points include drawings and other dribble. I also allow others to write in it. |
