2008 - What a diffrence to Jan 2007. Snow, snow, snow. I'm out here with my wife, wee man Luke and my brother in law Ian. Took Ian up this morning for his first steps in the mountains. He's been to Tamworth, but that didn't prepare him for the snowy goodness that awaited. For anyone that has been down the dome route, it can be quite a shock when you first step on a proper mountain. Especially when there is 10-15cm of fresh. Well Ian did well this morning and after a hearty lunch, Mrs FB joined me on the slopes. Visibility was a bit topsy turvey with some breaks in cloud. On one particular break we spotted some runs from the Planachaux chair and headed for some sweet off piste. That's what we came for!! A dusting is expected tonight and sun/cloud tomorrow, so if the piste bashers do their work on the pisted runs tomorrow should be good.

No photos unfortunately. Too busy heading to the untracked and visibility was poor. Should be some pics tomorrow.

Luke's bath time calls! Au revoir pour maintenant.
