Just to give an update, I got a superb response from Chris and Lucy (chillchalet).

They are going to urgently look into things, which I'm sure they will as it's their business and they genuinely appreciated the fact I took the time to let them know what is going on.

I've got it!...... do any of you Morzine chalet owners need a mystery shopper???

In reply to post #5 ...
Nope, Dixies until the music got too loud and then Le Sherpa to have a decent conversation - check out the toilet, even if you don't need to go!! Use the force!

For those not in the know, Le sherpa is near to the Shoppi, next door to an electrical store.

Email has been sent to Chris, I'm just waiting for a response now before posting anything on here.

The location itself was bearable as it was on the U bus route (one 5 minute bus ride to the Super Morzine), the chalet was fine in itself, but to go with a chalet you have to have staff....

I'm going to email the owner first to see what he has to say and take it from there.

I have in fact just walked back from town, well actually I got the beer scooter an dit took me no time at all. Funny, considering it took 25 minutes to get in earlier this evening.

mr. Beest, was it the location, out in the middle of nowhere that was the problem or the chalet itself? I'm going to be staying kinda close to where you were next month.. might reconsider and try a hotel instead if its the location that's pants?

I've just been having a quick thought about the reviews section.

I would like to write a report on Morzine/Avoriaz, the resort itself is absolutely bloody marvellous, but I'd like to write a stinking review of the chalet. Obviously the two can't have the same rating, as it would end up being a "Mr Average" rank of 2.5.

Would it be possible to do for the operators/chalets, with the ability to add them adhoc, as and when reviewed please?
