I actually took it into a repair shop in Tahoe and the guy said that some glue should do it. He attempted to glue it himself but frankly, he made a p!$$ poor job of it!
But I'm pretty handy, I reckon I can do a good job on it! |

| I would recommend that you seek professional advice. Take it down to ur local board shop (that provides maintenance) and ask their opinion. U don't want it to get any worse, and if ur not sure what to do it's not really worth risk IMO. |

Cheers naturalfreeride, I'll definitely give the Araldite a go then 
The topsheet is black so I'm hoping that once I'm finished you won't even be able to see the damage from a distance ..... 30 meters, say!!!

A couple of weeks ago in CFe my mate and I managed to slide into each other at about 2mph, which was funny until I noticed the nice chunk of topsheet hanging off the tail of my new, hardly ridden board. It was about 2cm by 1cm, so not insignificant. Thankfully it had not ripped right off, so I could push it back down into place.
I used the araldite and G-clamp trick which worked a treat. Just get the slow setting stuff, as it bonds better. And someone suggested using a hairdryer to blow it right into the cracks...great tip, thanks !!! The topsheet is white, so any mark notices, but all I have now is some yellowish shading around the hole.
I have ridden the board for a day in Scotland since, and was fine. I wouldn't think you need to go for the putty as that would make the topsheet sit proud of the surrounding area. The Isopon stuff I dont know about sorry.

Hi all, need a bit of advice if possible.
My brand new Feelgood picked up a bit of damage on a recent trip and I really want to repair it if I can  Basically there's a gouge on the edge that has made the top sheet bit peel away a small amount. I don't have a pic of it but it's pretty much the same as the damage on this thread, only a bit worse ..... similar thread
Now before you say just leave it as it gives the board character, I'm a girlie and I want my brand new board to stay looking shiney and new! 
On the other thread it says to use Araldite, but I think the damage may be a bit to harsh to be fixed with glue. Do you think Araldite Putty would work? Or how about this stuff ?
Any advice would be much appreciated!
