QUOTE (fatbob - 06/09/2008 @ 09:36:10) It's not necessarily an intermediate board then. Nothing to shout about if it rides like a Custom. Custom is about as intermediate as it gets. It's forgiving enough but can still be pushed. I've never been a fan of the Custom simply because it rides like a slow Prophet. |

| Isn't the Ride Prophet quite a stiff board? |

| My Graft looks like it's been through a war and I used it less than four weeks. Most of the damage is on the tail and due to asses in lift queues. My Anthem did the same thing 4 years ago. Maybe it's just me. |

None of my Rome boards have chipped even with several skiiers riding over them and me riding the poor things directly into trees and rocks |

| I find the Jam to be stiffer than both, but it has the most pop. It's a very physical board and will probably frustrate someone who's not used to popping hard, but once you have it down it's very rewarding. Base-wise it's about average on speed but the triple-base allows for some quick carves once you get used to it. Overall I preferred my Society as it was more friendly in the jib department and the 09 Society matches the Jam's pop. Up to you really, I'd try and demo if possible. |

Rome, Rome Rome, tis the brand were EMO fags are most at home, they make their boards nice and strong, but f++k me their graphics are just plain wrong informative. |

Rome topsheets are weak as and chip more easily than most.
I like the Jam. It is a good board, but it's just not as versitile as the Society. |
