For anyone who's interested, this is what I've found so far, let me know if you find any others:

Kirkwood Mountain Central Reservations are very helpful but pricey.
Note that a "6-Wood" (non-Sat) season ticked is cheaper than six daily lift tickets and gets you a 20% discount on weekday accommodation.
Craig's List Reno has to be checked regularly.
VRBO (Kirkwood) has a small selection.
Kirkwood Accommodations has a few properties.
Kirkwood Valey Lodging has a few properties.
Kirkwood Base Camp #31 is a 2-bed "basic" condo.
Kirkwood Rentals is a 3-bed townhome.
Sentinels 3 is a 3-bed condo.

Anyone know of any private condo's for rent in Kirkwood? I've scoured the interweb and only found the ones on VRBO... and prices through the resort website are too steep... Cheers peeps!
