| Each time a page is requested on GONEboarding, a banner is selected at random from the accommodated advertiser slots within that channel. Each advertising slot has an equal weighting so as each advertiser will receive the same level of exposure. |

| The dimensions of the header banners that we use are the industry standard 468x60 pixels. These banners are displayed in the upper right corner of every screen across the site. You can supply us with either .GIF, .JPG, .PNG or .SWF (Macromedia Flash) formats. We just need you to tell us where you want the banner to link to (your website address), which areas of the site you want to advertise in and what advertising method you would prefer (Monthly or CPM – Explained below). Regardless of which advertising method you opt for, you can specify what date you want your campaign to start. Once we have that information from you, have provided you with an invoice and received payment, we can get your banner live within minutes. |

| Advertising can be purchased either on a monthly or CPM (cost per 1,000 Impressions) basis. Some advertisers might prefer to run their campaign on a duration (monthly) basis, so they have a clear idea of when advertising will start and stop. However, some advertisers will prefer to pay for the actual number of times their banner is shown (impressions), as the number of advertisers in any one channel at any given time may vary, therefore, with a duration based campaign, there is no guarantee how many times a banner will be shown. If there are many advertisers over the course of a month, then the number of times each banner will be shown will obviously be far fewer. This is why CPM tends to be the preferred choice over duration based advertising. The CPM method will also send a 1-off automated email notification to the advertiser before the number of purchased impressions has been reached and a final email once all impressions have been used. |

| The banner advertising structure is split into 4 sections. 3 of these reflect the main channels found on the site (Forum, Review & Gallery). The ‘Homepage & Misc’ option covers the main site entry/home page in addition to all other miscellaneous pages across the site, that don’t fall under any of the 3 main channels. |

| Featured Website Advertising |
|
Featured website listings are an alternative to the banner advertising option we offer, that enable you to target your advertising to individual sections, in the form of textual links. An example of how these featured sites are displayed is shown below. Featured site listings are shown in the following locations (depending on which channel/zone of the site you book into):
Hub: Directly beneath the Events Listing in the main content section of the site homepage;
Forum: Directly beneath the list of threads and also beneath the list of posts in the main content section of these pages;
Review: Directly beneath the list of products and also beneath the list of reviews in the main content section of these pages;
Gallery: Directly beneath the images within the main content section of the gallery page.
With the exception of the Hub/Homepage (which doesn't have sub-sections), Featured Site links can be purchased in any of the Forum categories, Review Categories and Galleries. So for example, if you sell snowboarding hardware, you might choose to purchase a featured site listing in each of the hardware categories under the review channel, and likewise within the Forum Channel.
Another difference between the Banner-Ads and Featured Site links is that they are 'always' shown - There is no rotation like with the banner ad system, if you've purchased a featured site link in a given section for a month, EVERY time a page within that section is shown, your site listing will be shown. |
